The school was started in 1988, hut it had been given a new shape in 1993. and the school got the affiliation with C.B.S.E. board in beginning from April 2006. It is the reputation and the projected image of City Central Higher SecondarySchool, Usha Colony, Bhind and the over whelming response of the parents and the public that has encouraged the committee to set up another similar institution affiliated with CBSE, New Delhi. The School has been set up by Bankey Bihari Shiksha Prasar Samiti in 1988.

The school is located near Chholeshwar Temple, Dak Bungalow, ater road at a quiet and pleasant area in the clean and tidy area of Bhind. Bhind is located at a distance of 70kms. from Gwalior and 35 kms. from Etawah. The school is at a distance of 1.5 kms from Bus Stand and 1km from Railway Station. It is accessible by train from Gwalior.
